Philosophy
Every HIVOLT member stepping onto your worksite is a seasoned professional, equipped with the skills to tackle your project with confidence. Our top priority is always safety, ensuring each step is handled with precision and that your project is executed seamlessly, on time, every time. Our team is comprised of both Professional Engineers (PEs) and Electrical Engineers (EEs) who are highly trained and experienced in the PEC Industry. All of our Field Service Technicians hold NICET and/or the following certifications and education:
NICET
These certifications ensure that the folks who serve you have the necessary skills and expertise to offer customized testing and engineering services.
OSHA
All HIVOLT field employees hold OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifications. All lead technicians are OSHA 30 certified.
CUSP
Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP) prioritizes safety and exceeds safety expectations.
Education
Our Protection and Control team receives training and mentorship from Power Transformations, LLC to ensure their PEC education and any additional knowledge they may need is up to date and PEC education.
HIVOLT keeps our team current on safety and compliance education through use of the Owyn Safety Management Platform.
We prioritize team education, offering frequent continuing education led by in-house experts and industry leaders.
